Dear Fellow Ultimate Team members, We had our 2009-2010 elections the other night. Here are the results: - President: Alex Mensen
- Vice President: Mike Margala

- Recruiting/PR: D.J. Johnson, Dennis Clement
With all the recient press we have been getting, we are hopeful to be an actual charted club for the 2009-2010 school year. We are planing alot of events for the summer and the 2009-10 school year. Stay tuned for information. |

Hey Everyone, Due to the rain Chino Hills League has been cancelled for the week. Also we may cancel this Sunday's practice because of the rain aswell. If that happens I will send out an email most likely Saturday night. Have a Great Weekend! |

As you all know we have a tournament in Santa Barbara this weekend. This email serves as a reminder of what is happening this weekend. Details for this weekend are as follows, - There has been a slight change of plans. We will leave from lot F Saturday morning at 6:30am!!! The reason for this is because we have a first round bye which means our game is not until 9:45am. Sweet! (I figured that we could use a little more sleep.) Be there a little early like 6:00am or 6:15am so we can leave on time. (we should arrive around 8:30, cleats on at 9, then be by 9:45, we should be ready to OWN!!!) Please remember to pay your drivers for gas. It would be greatly appreciated. (For Me, Michelle, Lauren, Erica, and Mike, we will be leaving at the regular time, 5am. Just a heads up.)
- $!!! We are still missing money from a number of players. Please bring your cash with you on Saturday morning! If you don't, then we might not be able to pay for the hotel and tournament (Alex said that if you don't pay up, he will track you down and bust in your knee caps). Also, don't forget money for food.
- Be sure to bring:
- CLEATS!!!
- Green (if you don't have a flatline jersey) and White shirt
- Money for food
- Sunblock
- Other clothes for Saturday night (jacket, jeans, whatever)
- Toiletries
- Blah, blah, blah (I'm not your mother so figure it out!)

Hello Flatline,
The Cal Poly Ultimate Website has been totally reconstructed! Many things have been changed in the hopes that it will help our club function much better. Not only does the site look different but it will allow the club to take advantage of different ways to communicate.
One of the main things we will be implementing is using a system called Google apps. With this we are able to set up @cppultimate.com emails for all club members and also link them together in a way where we can share documents, maintain a club calendar and also more importantly keep everyone informed. Now have no fear, if you want we can simply have this account forward its messages to your current email address or if you would like we can take your current email addresses and have them all forward to this one account! You will no longer have to check multiple email address to stay informed =D.
Other updates to the site include sick message boards!!! I know you all have grown to love the shout box but with message boards we are able to accomplish the same thing but also much more. For the message boards to be successful we will need everyone to contribute and check the boards and who knows, you might grow to love them too.
One work in progress for the website is how our media will be organized. Currently Alex's brother has offered up his website to do most of the grunt work for images. There we will keep all tournament/club photos. As for the videos we are still working on that aspect and will keep you informed.
